Huge blast we had!!

It was super helpful the way they prepared a lot of things from top to end for us who is first timer and basically doesn't know much about this. There are most of the option already set from out of box so that's one thing that reassured us because we can't guess everything from the start. Curtain to protect our privacy and bed sheets and everything was prepared. Only the consumables are needed to buy but we are at the walmart already.

Vechicle itself was nice and very clean. Spacious for 2 adult and 2 kids includIng the bed. We had to make bed out of table after a couple of nights which we found the main and bunk bed doesn't hold all the people in good position.

Tutorial video was thorough too, I got basic knowledge from there and very helpful. AND fast response whenever we need anything. We were afraid of sewer but it went all fine.

Overall, we had a lot of fun and hope to come back here again for another adventure.

We had a great experience with Nomad Rentals LV and Bear! Our group of 4 adults and an 8 year old child rented Bear for 8 days to visit Zion, Bryce Canyon and Grand Canyon NPs. We rented via Outdoorsy and communication was great with Daisy before and after rental. Pick up was convenient, near the airport and close to Walmart to make it easy to stock up on groceries. We definitely felt the cross winds as we drove out of, and later back into, Vegas, but we had no trouble handling the RV on any of the roads in or around the parks. The RV was stocked well with basics for us to hit the road. The model specific how-to videos were great to help us feel prepared for all the details of using the RV, and the intro walk-thru at pick up reinforced the info. When we did have a question while we were on the road, Dale was very responsive to our texts/calls. My husband was a bit tall (6'2") for the shower height unfortunately so we did utilize shower facilities at our campgrounds at two of the three stops. We had full hook ups everywhere so we only used generator/tanks solely for lunch stops on driving days. Hook ups were easy/quick and we appreciated the well organized supplies and storage areas. The main bed and roomy bunk slept great. The fridge is huge for an RV.
Overall we had an excellent trip and Bear was exactly what we needed to make that happen! Highly recommend Nomad Rentals LV.

We had an amazing trip with our rented 24’ RV Roadrunner and have nothing but good things to say about our experience renting from Nomad Rentals. The RV was in great shape and everything worked perfectly. Communication with Dale and Daisy before the rental and upon pickup was fabulous, and they even upgraded us from an older model RV for no extra charge. I did ALOT of research on RV rentals before going with Nomad, and I'm so glad I did.  We took a short trip to Zion NP and since we were coming from out of state with kids, I wanted to go with a dependable company with safety and RV maintenance as my #1 priority.  The RV we rented, the Roadrunner, was in great condition and everything worked perfectly.  Pickup/dropoff location at the Walmart near the airport was easy and convenient, all the docs sent prior to pick up had all the information I needed, RV and supplies were clean inside and out.  Dale and Daisy are amazing hosts and I can tell that they take great care of their fleet and their customers.  We are RV novices and everything about this company was great, down to the smallest of details, for example, Dale helped sync up my phone with the bluetooth speaker system.  It's a simple gesture, but meant the world to me, especially when you're traveling with kids.  I'd rent from them again in a heartbeat.

We had an amazing experience renting from Nomad Rentals. Daisy had great communication from start to finish, and the pricing was fair and competitive compared to other options we looked at. Dale’s thorough walkthrough during pickup was incredibly helpful, and his instructional videos made everything easy to understand for us as first-time RV renters. The pickup location near the airport at Walmart was very convenient, especially since we could grab groceries right before starting our trip. The RV drove great, came fully equipped with everything we needed, and was clean and comfortable. The return process was quick and easy, and Dale made sure everything went smoothly. Our kids absolutely loved it, and we had such a great time overall. We’ll definitely rent from Nomad Rentals again if we have the choice and highly recommend them to anyone planning an RV trip.

This was our first real RV trip and it turned out to be one of our best vacations ever. Dale and Daisy were terrific; always available and very helpful. I had some anxiety about taking a 10 day trip in a RV but it was perfect. The RV was comfortable, easy to drive, had plenty of power, and was well stocked with everything from salt and pepper shakers to memory foam mattresses. Because I was a newbie I had plenty of questions on the front end. Dale went out of his way to help, even providing great suggestions on the route and places to visit. The personal attention we got from both Daisy and Dale made a huge difference - something I suspect we would not have received from one of those large national RV rental companies.
