Common questions
Revenue is split 50/50 on net payouts after platform fees, card processing, and taxes. You keep 100% of mileage and generator overage fees collected from guests. Payouts are issued by check by the 10th of each month for all rentals completed in the prior month.
We are selective. Every unit goes through a pre-onboarding inspection before we list it. We accept Class C motorhomes and travel trailers in good mechanical condition with current registration and valid insurance. If your RV doesn’t pass inspection, we’ll tell you clearly why and what would need to change.
EDC and most approved festivals are included by default, provided insurance coverage is available that year. Burning Man is the only event that requires your explicit opt-in because of the extreme environmental conditions. You’ll know exactly what events are covered before you sign anything.
Our in-house RV technician handles routine maintenance and coordinates repairs. For anything that requires owner authorization, we’ll reach out and need a response within 24 to 48 hours to keep the rental schedule on track. We document all maintenance activity in your monthly statements.
