Welcome to Nomad Rentals LV. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and any direct booking inquiry, quote request, reservation request, or rental made through Nomad Rentals LV.

By using this website or submitting a booking inquiry, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

1. About Us

Nomad Rentals LV, LLC is an RV rental business based in Las Vegas, Nevada. References to “Nomad Rentals LV,” “we,” “our,” or “us” mean Nomad Rentals LV, LLC.

2. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the site, our business, or other users.

You may not:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to access restricted systems or data without authorization
• Copy, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit website content without permission
• Use the site in connection with unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity

3. Quotes, Availability, and Reservation Requests

All RV listings, photos, rates, amenities, fees, and availability shown on this website are for general informational purposes only and may change without notice.

Submitting an inquiry, quote request, or booking request does not guarantee approval, availability, pricing, or reservation confirmation.

A booking is not final until:

• We approve the reservation
• Required guest and driver information is provided
• Required payments are completed
• The applicable rental agreement and any required addenda are accepted

4. Rental Terms Control

All rentals are subject to our then-current Rental Agreement, Fee Schedule, Return Instructions, and any applicable festival or event addenda.

If there is any conflict between this webpage and a signed rental agreement or addendum, the signed rental agreement and addendum will control for that rental.

5. Driver Approval and Guest Responsibility

All drivers must be listed and approved as required for the booking. Unauthorized drivers may void applicable protection or coverage and may result in full financial responsibility for resulting losses.

Guests are responsible for using the RV safely, legally, and only as permitted under the rental terms. Guests must follow operating instructions, inspect the RV as required, promptly report damage or malfunctions, and avoid prohibited use.

6. RV Condition and Limitations

The RV and its equipment are provided in their current condition. Non-essential system issues or comfort-feature limitations do not automatically entitle a guest to a refund, credit, or reduced rental charges.

7. Payments and Booking Charges

Payment timing may vary depending on how far in advance the reservation is made.

For direct bookings:

• Bookings less than 30 days before departure are charged in full at booking
• Bookings more than 30 days before departure may pay a 50% reservation deposit
• The remaining balance is automatically collected 30 days before departure

Additional charges may apply under the Rental Agreement and Fee Schedule, including charges for cleaning, dumping, trash removal, fuel or propane refill, mileage overages, generator overages, late pickup or late return, lockouts, renter-caused repairs, service calls, insurance claim processing, and festival-related services.

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation timing is based on the scheduled departure date and time.

For direct bookings:

• More than 30 days before departure: rental amount refunded
• Between 30 and 8 days before departure: 50% of the rental amount is retained
• 7 days or fewer before departure: 100% of the rental amount is retained

Grace period for full refund after booking confirmation:

• Trips booked more than 7 days before departure: cancel within 24 hours of confirmation
• Trips booked 7 days or less before departure: cancel within 1 hour of confirmation

Non-rental items such as protection packages, damage protection, delivery fees, prep fees, add-ons, and associated taxes may be treated separately from the rental amount.

9. No-Refund Situations

Refunds are not issued for many trip disruptions or limitations, including no-shows, unapproved cancellations, early return, weather, campsite conditions, certain appliance limitations, generator outages due to load or heat, AC performance in extreme temperatures, or delays caused by operational limitations, as described in the applicable rental terms.

10. Return Condition and Post-Trip Charges

Guests must return the RV on time and in the required condition. Post-trip charges may apply for:

• Excess cleaning
• Tanks not emptied
• Fuel or propane shortages
• Trash left behind
• Missing or damaged items
• Late return
• Unauthorized extension
• Renter-caused service or repair needs

11. Damage, Tolls, Citations, and Unpaid Amounts

Guests remain financially responsible for renter-caused damage, cleaning, towing, tolls, citations, deductibles, insurance-denied amounts, and other unpaid charges arising from the rental.

Nomad Rentals LV may collect those amounts by deducting from the security deposit, charging the payment method on file, or issuing an invoice, as permitted by the signed rental documents.

12. Festival and Event Use

Festival or special event use is not automatically permitted. Certain bookings require a signed event-specific addendum. Failure to comply with an applicable addendum may be treated as a breach of the rental terms.

13. GPS and Telematics

For safety, theft recovery, maintenance alerts, geographic restriction enforcement, and contractual compliance, the RV may be equipped with GPS, telematics, engine diagnostics, location tracking, and safety monitoring systems.

By booking and renting, guests agree that such systems may be used and may not be disabled, obscured, or interfered with.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

Some reservations, services, or payments may involve third-party providers or platforms. Additional third-party terms may apply depending on how a reservation is processed.

Our website may also contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party websites or services.

15. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, branding, logos, graphics, images, and layout, is owned by or licensed to Nomad Rentals LV unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use website content without written permission.

16. Disclaimer

This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or that the website will always be secure or free from harmful components.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Nomad Rentals LV is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to use of this website.

Separate liability terms may apply under a signed rental agreement.

18. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute relating to website use or a direct booking relationship shall be resolved in Clark County, Nevada, unless another signed controlling document for the booking requires otherwise.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time by posting the revised version on this page. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms & Conditions.
