What is the minimum stay for Burning Man?+
Burning Man rentals have a 10 night minimum. This matches the festival timeline and the added prep and turnover involved.
How much is it per night?+
Nightly rates run from $399 to $499, depending on the RV and your dates. Every quote is itemized in full before you book.
Is there a security deposit?+
Yes, a $1,500 refundable security deposit is required for festival rentals. It is handled simply if there is damage, missing items, or a policy issue.
What is the $1,500 Burning Man cleaning fee?+
Playa dust works into every system, so these RVs need a deeper turnover after the week. A required $1,500 cleaning fee, paid up front and added to every Burning Man quote. It means you return the RV as-is. We take care of the full deep clean inside and out.
Do I need my own insurance?+
Proof of insurance is required to book. If you do not have your own coverage, we can book your rental through RVshare so coverage is included. Just tell us in your quote request.
How does power work off-grid?+
Burning Man is fully off-grid. Your RV includes a generator and a standard 25 foot power cord, with generator hours included when you book direct.
What about water and waste?+
For Burning Man we do not fill the water tanks, so plan to bring your own water. Waste capacity is sized for the full week. There is no dumping on the playa.
Is the RV stocked with a kitchen and bedding?+
For Burning Man the RV comes with the equipment needed to operate it, not kitchen gear or linens. You can add bedding and kitchen kits for a fee, or bring your own.
Where is pickup?+
Pickup and return are coordinated near the airport area, about 10 minutes from the airport, not at the airport. Plan for a full walkthrough that takes about 1 to 1.5 hours.
Can you deliver the RV to Reno?+
Yes. If you would rather start closer to the gate, we can deliver your RV to Reno for a flat $1,000. Just ask for Reno delivery in your quote request and we will include it in your itemized breakdown.
Do you include 1,000 free miles?+
Yes. When you book direct, you get 1,000 free miles plus generator hours included, which you would not get through a marketplace.
Can I bring more guests than the RV sleeps?+
Please plan for the stated sleeping capacity of the RV. Over-occupancy creates safety and wear issues, especially during a full week on the playa.
Is smoking allowed?+
No. Our RVs are no-smoking, including vaping. Smoke and dust odors are hard to remove and affect future guests.
Do you rent to drivers under 21?+
Drivers must be 21 or older for insurance purposes. Approval can also depend on the RV type, trip details, and driver qualifications.
