Important

We’ll need proof of your Camp EDC Power Pack purchase at least two weeks before your rental dates. If proof is not received by then, the $399 Generator Hours Add-On will automatically be added to your final booking total. This helps make sure your power setup is confirmed before pickup and avoids last-minute issues during EDC weekend.

It was super helpful the way they prepared a lot of things from top to end for us who is first timer and basically doesn't know much about this. There are most of the option already set from out of box so that's one thing that reassured us because we can't guess everything from the start. Curtain to protect our privacy and bed sheets and everything was prepared. Only the consumables are needed to buy but we are at the walmart already.

Vechicle itself was nice and very clean. Spacious for 2 adult and 2 kids includIng the bed. We had to make bed out of table after a couple of nights which we found the main and bunk bed doesn't hold all the people in good position.

Tutorial video was thorough too, I got basic knowledge from there and very helpful. AND fast response whenever we need anything. We were afraid of sewer but it went all fine.

Overall, we had a lot of fun and hope to come back here again for another adventure.

Our group of 4 adults and an 8 year old child rented Bear for 8 days to visit Zion, Bryce Canyon and Grand Canyon NPs. We rented via Outdoorsy and communication was great with Daisy before and after rental. Pick up was convenient, near the airport and close to Walmart to make it easy to stock up on groceries. We definitely felt the cross winds as we drove out of, and later back into, Vegas, but we had no trouble handling the RV on any of the roads in or around the parks. The RV was stocked well with basics for us to hit the road. The model specific how-to videos were great to help us feel prepared for all the details of using the RV, and the intro walk-thru at pick up reinforced the info. When we did have a question while we were on the road, Dale was very responsive to our texts/calls. My husband was a bit tall (6'2") for the shower height unfortunately so we did utilize shower facilities at our campgrounds at two of the three stops. We had full hook ups everywhere so we only used generator/tanks solely for lunch stops on driving days. Hook ups were easy/quick and we appreciated the well organized supplies and storage areas. The main bed and roomy bunk slept great. The fridge is huge for an RV.
Overall we had an excellent trip and Bear was exactly what we needed to make that happen! Highly recommend Nomad Rentals LV.

We took a short trip to Zion NP and since we were coming from out of state with kids, I wanted to go with a dependable company with safety and RV maintenance as my #1 priority.  The RV we rented, the Roadrunner, was in great condition and everything worked perfectly.  Pickup/dropoff location at the Walmart near the airport was easy and convenient, all the docs sent prior to pick up had all the information I needed, RV and supplies were clean inside and out.  Dale and Daisy are amazing hosts and I can tell that they take great care of their fleet and their customers.  We are RV novices and everything about this company was great, down to the smallest of details, for example, Dale helped sync up my phone with the bluetooth speaker system.  It's a simple gesture, but meant the world to me, especially when you're traveling with kids.  I'd rent from them again in a heartbeat.

Dale and Daisy were terrific; always available and very helpful. I had some anxiety about taking a 10 day trip in a RV but it was perfect. The RV was comfortable, easy to drive, had plenty of power, and was well stocked with everything from salt and pepper shakers to memory foam mattresses. Because I was a newbie I had plenty of questions on the front end. Dale went out of his way to help, even providing great suggestions on the route and places to visit. Why do some EDC dates show as unavailable on the booking calendar?

EDC bookings at Nomad Rentals LV are handled by direct quote request, not through the standard booking calendar. Some festival dates may appear blocked even when EDC inventory is still available. Submit the EDC request form and we’ll confirm current availability and send your personalized quote.

Do I need the Camp EDC Power Pack?

If you have a Camp EDC Power Pack, we’ll need proof of purchase at least two weeks before your rental dates.
If you do not have a Power Pack, the Generator Hours Add-On will be required and added to your booking:
40 generator hours for $399
Additional hours: $10/hour

How does generator use work?

If you are not using a Camp EDC Power Pack, the 40-hour Generator Hours Add-On for $399 is required. You’ll get 40 generator hours, additional hours billed at $10/hour. Generator use creates real wear and maintenance needs, so overages are billed separately. If you do have a Camp EDC Power Pack, be sure to send proof at least two weeks before your rental dates.

Do you include the power cord for Camp EDC hookups?

Yes. If you purchased the Camp EDC Power Add-On, we include the 75-foot power cord needed to connect to the grid.

Why is the festival fee required?

What are pickup and drop-off times?

Our standard pickup and drop-off window is 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Pickup includes a full walkthrough and usually takes 1 to 1.5 hours.

Where is pickup?

Pickup and return are coordinated near the airport area, not at the airport. We’ll provide the exact details during the booking process.

What if I’m flying in?

If you’re flying in, please share your flight number and arrival time so we can coordinate timing and adjust for delays when needed.

Is smoking allowed ?

No. We’re a no-smoking RV, including vaping. Smoke odors are hard to remove and can affect future guests, so this is a strict rule.

Will I see full pricing before booking?

Do you rent to drivers under 21 ?

Drivers must be 21+ for insurance purposes. Approval can also depend on the RV type, trip details, and driver qualifications.

Can we bring extra guests if the RV sleeps 5?

No. Please plan for the RV’s stated sleeping capacity. Over-occupancy creates safety and wear issues, especially during festival use.

Can we tow a trailer or bring extra gear that needs towing?

No. Towing is not allowed.
