Rental Rules

• No smoking inside the RV

• No pets unless explicitly indicated on each individual listing (pet fee applies)

• One-way rentals available (additional transport fee may apply)

• Festival allowed with prior approval (special fees, terms, and deposits apply)

• International travel not allowed

• Tailgate-friendly

• Renter must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license

• Renter is responsible for emptying black & gray tanks before return (or service fee will apply)

• Off roading not permitted

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure receive a full refund of the rental amount. However, if you cancel between 8 and 30 days before your trip, a 50% refund applies. Additionally, cancellations made 7 days or fewer before departure are non-refundable. Protection packages, delivery fees, and add-ons are always fully refundable regardless of timing. Full terms are provided at booking.
