Pickup & Drop-off

• Pickup Time: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• Drop-off Time: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• Early pickup and late return may be available for an additional fee (with prior approval)

• Pick-up/Drop-off Location:  Las Vegas Harriet Reid International Airport

Rental Rules

• No smoking inside the RV

• No pets unless explicitly indicated on each individual listing (pet fee applies)

• One-way rentals available (additional transport fee may apply)

• Festival allowed with prior approval (special fees, terms, and deposits apply)

• International travel not allowed

• Tailgate-friendly

• Renter must be 25 years or older with a valid driver’s license

• Renter is responsible for emptying black & gray tanks before return (or service fee will apply)

Cancellation Policy

• Full refund if canceled 30+ days before departure

• 50% refund if canceled 14–29 days before departure

• No refund if canceled less than 14 days before departure
