If you’re connected to the EDC power grid, we require proof of the Camp EDC RV Power Add-On. This helps avoid power issues on-site and protects the RV’s systems. If you don’t have EDC power add on, no worries , RV’s are equipped with an onboard generator and we do offer generator power add ons.
Your booking includes a set amount of generator time for festival use. Generator hours matter because they create real wear and maintenance needs. If you go over the included hours, overage is billed per hour.
Festivals can be intense, so we charge a festival fee to cover the extra maintenance it takes to return the RV to rental-ready condition. We still require the RV to be returned reasonably clean inside to keep turnaround smooth for the next guests.
Yes. A security deposit is required for festival rentals. This helps cover the higher risk items that can happen during festival week and keeps the process straightforward if there’s damage or rule violations. If you are worried about interior damage , we do also offer an optional interior damage insurance protection plan.
EDC rentals typically have a minimum of 4 nights requirement to match the festival timeline and the extra prep and turnover needed. Your quote will reflect the minimum nights for your dates.
Our standard pickup and drop-off window is 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Pickup includes a full walkthrough and usually takes 1 to 1.5 hours. Coordination is near the airport, not at the airport.
No. We’re a no-smoking RV, including vaping. Smoke odors are hard to remove and can affect future guests, so this is a strict rule.
